1.  On an average day, you can travel from Prosper to downtown Dallas in just over a half an hour. The commute to DFW airport is roughly 28 minutes.  That is only 3 minutes longer than it takes to get from downtown Dallas to DFW.

•2.2.  Current population is almost 15,000 people which has more than doubled since 2008 with an annual growth rate of 17%. Nice and steady so there isn't strain on public roads, water, etc.

•3.3.  Build out for Prosper is estimated to be 2035 with 70,000 people.

•5.5.  Blue Star land owns 2000 acres  and is planning a residential development along with the Gates of Prosper retail/office development at the northeast corner of Hwy 380 and Preston Road. Gates of Prosper will feature a large shopping center of approximately 300,000sf of retail space in the first phase

There is something here for everyone in Prosper, from the quaint downtown district, equestrian farms, and Gentle Creek Golf club to commercial and residential development.  Prosper is poised to continue growing as an exceptional community for all its residents.
